热应激程度对奶水牛生产性能的影响

试验旨在研究不同热应激程度对奶水牛产奶量、主要乳成分含量以及体细胞数和尿素氮的影响.根据国家气象数据网(国家气象数据中心)记录的广西南宁市区的温度和湿度数据计算温湿指数(THI),同时结合DHI(奶牛生产性能测定)数据,利用一般线性模型探究不同程度的热应激对奶水牛生产性能的影响.结果表明,南宁地区每年6、7、8月处于中度热应激时期;随着热应激程度的加深,水牛产奶量减少(P<0.05);轻度热应激状态下水牛奶中蛋白质和总固形物的含量显著高于无应激期和中度热应激期(P<0.05);中度热应激状态下水牛奶中的脂肪含量显著高于无应激期和轻度热应激期(P<0.05);无应激状态下水牛奶中乳糖含量显著高于轻度热应激期和中度热应激期(P<0.05);无热应激期间水牛奶中的体细胞数和尿素氮均大于轻度热应激期和中度热应激期间(P<0.05).综上,不同程度的热应激状态对奶水牛的产奶量和乳成分均有显著影响.
Effect of Heat Stress on Production Performance in Milking Buffaloe
The experiment was to study the effects of different levels of heat stress on milk yield,milk components,milk somatic cell count and milk urea nitrogen in milking buffaloes.In this paper,the temperature humidity index(THI)was calculated based on the temperature and humidity data in Nanning recorded by China Meteorologicai Data Service Centre.And combined with DHI(Dairy herd improvement)data,the general linear model was used to explore the effects of heat stress levels on milk production performance of buffaloes.The results showed that in June,July and Au-gust,Nanning was under moderate heat stress,and milk production decreased as heat stress intensifies(P<0.05).The milk protein and total milk solids in mild heat stress were significantly higher than those in without calorific stress and moderate heat stress(P<0.05).The milk fat content in moderate heat stress were significantly higher than that in without calorific stress and mild heat stress(P<0.05).The lactose content in without calorific stress was significantly higher than that in mild and moderate heat stress periods(P<0.05).The SCC and MUN in the period without heat stress were higher than those in the mild and moderate heat stress(P<0.05).In summary,the different levels of heat stress have dif-ferent effects on milk yield and milk composition.
