摘要

在推动生态文明建设的战略框架下,聚焦北京绿色生态大都市中园林绿色废弃物的综合管理体系构建,旨在通过合理规划其收集、高效处理、循环回收与资源化利用流程,实现园林废弃物处理站点设置科学化,促进城市绿色循环经济的可持续发展.文章使用CASA模型得到通州区2022年的NPP分布,并换算成生物量和园林废弃物量;基于机器学习算法识别通州区5类植被分布;运用优化算法耦合GIS的空间分析技术,得到较优的三级园林废弃物处理点.结果表明:1)通州区的NPP高值区主要分布在东部,而通州区的东南部和东北部NPP呈现中低值;2)通州区落叶乔木产生的园林废弃物量最大,主要分布在通州西南部;3)科学设置的三级处理点可以最大化降低成本,提高园林废弃物处理效率.

Abstract

Under the strategic framework of ecological civilization development,this study focuses on the integrated management system for garden green waste in Beijing,the green ecological metropolis,aiming to achieve the science-based setup of garden waste treatment sites and promote the sustainable development of the city's green recycling economy through rational waste collection planning,efficient treatment,recycling use and resource-oriented utilization processes.In this study,we use CASA model to get the NPP distribution in Tongzhou District in 2022 and convert it to biomass and garden waste,identify the distribution of five types of vegetation in Tongzhou District based on machine learning algorithms,and use optimisation algorithms coupled with the spatial analysis technology of GIS to get the more optimal three-level garden waste treatment sites.The results show that:1)The high NPP value area in Tongzhou District is mainly distributed in the east,while the NPP in the southeast and northeast of Tongzhou District shows medium-low values;2)The amount of garden waste of deciduous trees in Tongzhou District is the largest,which is the main influencing factor to the distribution range of garden waste in this district;and 3)The science-based set-up of three-level treatment points could provide directions for the treatment of garden green waste in Tongzhou.
