广州市森林生态产品价值核算及时空格局

森林生态系统具有重要的生态服务功能,其生态产品价值巨大.参照国家标准(GB/T 38582-2020),对广州市 2009、2014 和 2019 年 3 个核算基准年的森林生态产品价值从物质量和价值量两个方面进行核算,并分析生态产品价值的时空分布格局.结果表明:1)2009、2014、2019 年广州市森林生态产品价值分别为 295.92、324.28、370.04 亿元,年增长率约为 2.5%.2)各区生态产品价值大小依次为:从化>增城>花都>黄埔>白云>番禺>天河>荔湾>海珠>南沙>越秀,其中从化、增城、花都呈现高值聚集现象,天河、海珠、番禺、荔湾、越秀呈现低值聚集现象;增城和从化人均生态产品价值较高而人均GDP 较低,黄埔区和越秀区人均GDP较高而人均生态产品价值较低;生态产品价值与区域人口、经济不匹配.因此,对生态产品价值实现的探索有助于生态产品价值实现与区域经济的良性耦合协调发展.
Value Realization and Spatial-temporal Pattern of Forest Ecological Products in Guangzhou City
Forest delivers important ecosystem services,with tremendous value in ecological products.In accordance with the national standard(GB/T 38582-2020),we calculate the quantity and value of forest ecological products in Guangzhou with 2009,2014 and 2019 as the base years,and analyzes the spatial-temporal pattern of the ecological product value.The results show that:1)The forest ecological products are valued at 29.592,32.428 and 37.004 billion RMB for 2009,2014 and 2019,respectively,with an annual growth of 2.5% .2)The value of forest ecological products in different districts is ordered as Conghua>Zengchen>Huadu>Huangpu>Baiyun>Panyu>Tianhe>Liwan>Haizhu>Nansha>Yuexiu.Conghua,Zengchen and Huadu show the trend of high value aggregation in terms of spatial pattern distribution,while the lower value aggregation is observed in Tianhe,Haizhu,Panyu,Liwan and Yuexiu.Zengchen and Conghua have the highest per capita ecological product value and the lower per capita GDP,and Huangpu and Yuexiu have higher per capital GDP but lower value of forest ecological products.There is a mismatch between ecological product value and regional population and economy.In this sense,exploring value realization is helpful for realizing ecological product values and the coupled and coordinated regional economic development.
