Influence Mechanism of Urban Forest Parks'Restorative Perception Based on Sensory Perception and Place Attachment
Based on the theories of sensory perception and place attachment, this study employs a structural equation model to explore the influencing mechanisms of sensory perception, place dependence, and place identity on the restorative perception of urban forest parks. An empirical analysis is conducted in order to create a more restorative urban forest park environment and further improve the healthcare function of urban forests. The results indicate that sensory perception and place identity have a significant positive impact on restorative perception, sensory perception significantly affects place dependence and place identity, and both place dependence and place identity serve as mediators in the impact of sensory perception on restorative perception, demonstrating the mediating effect of"sensory perception-place identity-restorative perception"and the chain mediating effect of"sensory perception-place dependence-place identity-restorative perception."Place dependence does not significantly impact restorative perception and also does not have a significant mediating role between sensory perception and restorative perception.Based on these conclusions,it is recommended that urban forest parks should follow the influencing path of"sensory perception-place dependence-place identity-restorative perception"in their renewal and construction, focusing on diversifying sensory perception experiences and enhancing visitors'place attachment to the environment.
