Evaluation of Light Environment in Xi'an Qujiang New District Based on POI Lighting Zoning
Urban nightscape construction promotes the diversification of night landscape and the development of culture-tourism economy,which attracts tourists but also interfere local residents with a certain degree of light pollution.How to accurately identify users'needs for light environment through the evaluation has become the key to building a healthy urban light environment.Xi'an Qujiang New District is where cultural tourism and"night economy"have been interactively developing.In view of the different demand of tourists and residents for lighting,the paper divides the lighting space of Qujiang New District into 4 types of lighting zone based on the reclassification and assignment of POI data,and the light environment evaluation model featured with subjective-objective combination is constructed from the 3 levels of light health,light comfort,and light art expressiveness,with which the 4 lighting zones are evaluated.The results show that there is a significant difference in the light comfort between tourists and residents in the lighting conflict zone,and the measured data in the lighting coordination zone and the featured zone are more balanced,which can satisfy the needs of residents and tourists.The measured data in the lighting control zone are significantly lower than in other zones,showing the lowest overall satisfaction.In summary,it can be seen that the lighting zoning based on POI data can provide accurate guidance for evaluating the light environment in urban nightscape.
