Hepatic tuberculosis with positive alpha fetoprotein and lymph node tuberculosis in the hepatoduodenal ligament are relatively rare.This article analyzes and diagnoses the patient's medical history and imaging manifestations,summarizes and analyzes imaging features,and combines pathological biopsy of the lesion to ultimately determine the diagnosis of hepatic tuberculosis and HLLT based on pathology.
