Evaluation Value of MR Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Ventricular Arrhythmia after Acute Myocardial Infarction
OKjective To analyze the value of MR diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in evaluating ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A case-control study was adopted,and the clinical data of 65 patients with ventricular arrhythmia after AMI who were examined by MR DTI in the People's Hospital of Chongzuo,Guangxi from October 2018 to October 2022 were included as the observation group.In addition,the clinical data of 65 patients without ventricular arrhythmia after AMI admitted to the hospital in the same period were included as the control group.MR DTI imaging data of all patients were collected to analyze the value of MR DTI in evaluating ventricular arrhythmia after AMI.Results The FA value of infarct area and boundary area in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the MD value was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)curve was drawn.The results showed that the AUC of MR DTI parameters for the evaluation of ventricular arrhythmias after AMI was>0.7,and the evaluation efficiency was good.Conclusion MR DTI has a good value in evaluating ventricular arrhythmia after AMI.
