Clinical Significance of Transvaginal Ultrasound,Multislice Spiral CT Combined with Serum CA125 in Diagnosis of Ovarian Cystic Tumors
Objective To explore the diagnostic value and imaging characteristics of multislice spiral CT in ovarian cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 116(130 lesions)patients with ovarian cystic tumors diagnosed were analyzed retrospectively. All patients had completed transvaginal ultrasound, multislice spiral CT and Serum CA125 examination and pathological data, with pathological results as gold standard, the detection rates of ovarian cystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma with the above individual examinations, combined examinations and imaging features were compared. Results In 130 leisions, ovarian cystadenoma accounted for 93 and ovarian cystadenocarcinomafor 37.Imaging features such as envelope, leision signals, mural nodule, effusion, peritoneal metastases, lymph node metastasis and blood-flow signals of transvaginal ultrasound were significantly different between ovariancystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Imaging features such as CT value, boundary, morphology, effusion, peritoneal metastases, lymph node metastasis and CT enhancement characteristics of multislice spiral CT were significantly different between ovariancystadenoma and cystadenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Serum CA125 in ovarian cystadenoma was significantly lower than ovarian cystadenocarcinoma.Transvaginal ultrasound, multislice spiral CT combined with Serum CA125 were significantly higher than the above individual examinations(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in transvaginal ultrasound, multislice spiral CT and Serum CA125 in ovarian cystic tumors. The detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound, multislice spiral CT and Serum CA125 for ovarian cystic tumors is significantly higher than that of individual examinations, and combined examinations have higher accuracy in diagnosis of ovarian cystic tumors,it can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
