摘要
肝动脉灌注化疗(hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy,HAIC)是针对中晚期肝癌患者重要的治疗手段之一,且展现了良好的肿瘤反应率以及手术转化率.本文将系统阐述肝动脉灌注化疗相关研究及其联合治疗在中晚期肝细胞癌中的应用现状.
Abstract
Hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIC)is one of the important treatments for patients with advanced liver cancer and has demonstrated excellent response rates and surgical conversion rates.This article will systematically discuss the research related to hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy and the current status of its combination therapy in the treatment of moderate and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.
