Clinical Application of Three-dimensional Reconstruction Technology of Pulmonary Blood Vessels in the Treatment of Early Lung Cancer after Segmental Resection of the Lung
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intrapulmonary bronchovascular three-dimensional reconstruction in segmentectomy in the treatment of early lung cancer. Methods The treatment of early lung cancer patients who underwent segmental pneumonectomy in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.A total of 64 patients were included.Among them,32 patients were treated with routine thoracoscopic anatomical segmental pneumonectomy, which were set as the control group, and 32 patients with thoracoscopic anatomical segmental pneumonectomy under three-dimensional reconstruction of intrapulmonary bronchial vessels were selected as the observation group.the intraoperative and postoperative related indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of lymph node dissection and the number of dominant pulmonary segment resection in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).The postoperative pleural effusion drainage in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of chest tube indwelling and postoperative hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional reconstruction of pulmonary vessels has a good intervention effect in the treatment of early lung cancer, which can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and reduce postoperative complications.
