目的 探讨IDH1突变型胶质瘤与磁共振特征的关系.方法 本研究共纳入了 116例胶质瘤.术前所有患者均进行了MRI平扫及增强检查.观察指标包括:肿块位置、直径、生长方式、边界、信号强度、强化程度、占位效应、水肿程度、是否跨越中线、是否累及室管膜下.此外,收集患者的一般临床资料,包括性别、年龄、术前KPS评分、治疗方式、总体生存期.采用x2检验分析IDH1突变型胶质瘤磁共振特征的关系.质瘤磁共振特征的关系.结果 IDH1突变型胶质瘤与MRI特征的关系,包括位置(P=0.001)、生长方式(P=0.003)、边界(P=0.005),信号强度(P=0.009)、强化程度(P=0.000),有统计学意义.结论 IDH1突变型胶质瘤主要位于额叶和颞叶,磁共振特征主要表现为单侧生长,边界清晰,信号均匀,很少强化.
The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Features in Glioma:Association with IDH1 Mutation
Objective The present study detected the isocitrate dehydrogenase 1(IDH1)to analyze the correlation with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)characteristics in glioma.Methods A total of 116 gliomas were included.All patients underwent conventional MRI before operation and contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging,the observations were as follows:location,size,the pattern of growth,margin,signal intensity,reinforcement level,mass effect,edema,cross the mid-line,under the ependyma.Results IDH1 mutant glioma was associated with the following magnetic resonance characteristics,including tumor location(P=0.001),pattern of growth(P=0.003),margin(P=0.005),signal intensity(P=0.009),contrast enhancement(P=0.000),there were statistically significant.Conclusion The MRI features of IDH-1 mutated gliomas were located in a single lobe,such as the frontal and temporal lobe.Gliomas with IDH mutations were significantly more likely to exhibit a unilateral pattern of growth,sharp margins,homogeneous signal intensity and less contrast enhancement.
