The Value of Multiparametric Combined Preoperative Assessment of Microvascular Invasion in Small HCC Using Spiral Computed Tomography
Objective To investigate the value of multi slice spiral CT(MSCT)in predicting microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods The CT and clinical data of 102 hepatocellular carcinoma patients treated in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were retrospectively reviewed. It was divided into microvascular invasion group and no microvascular invasion group according to the pathological findings.Independent samples t-tests were used to compare age, alpha fetoprotein(AFP)values, tumor size, and tumor enhancement between the two groups.use x-The x2 test was used to compare gender, hepatitis type, liver function grade, grade, tumor smoothness, capsule, and peripheral enhancement between the two groups. Results There were 52 cases of non microvascular invasion and 50 cases of microvascular invasion.Tumor size, grade, margin extent, encasement, portal vein CT values, and peripheral enhancement were associated with microvascular invasion. Conclusion MSCT preoperative performance predicts microvascular invasion in hepatocellular carcinoma.
