摘要

随着我国茶产业标准化建设工作的推进,我国基本建立了完善的茶叶文字标准体系,但与文字标准相协同配套的标准样品研制工作还相对薄弱.文章介绍了茶叶领域国家标准样品研制现状,总结了茶叶感官分级标准样品研制过程中的主要技术和存在的问题,并对未来工作进行了展望.

Abstract

With the promotion of standardization construction of the tea industry,China has basically established the comprehensive tea standard system.However,the development of reference materials in correspondence with standards has been relatively weak.The article introduced the current status of the development of national certified reference materials in the tea industry,summarized the main technologies and existing problems in the development process of tea sensory reference samples,which is expected to provide guidance for the future work.
