江苏省茶叶标准化建设现状与发展展望

摘要
茶叶标准化建设在提高茶产品的质量、提升茶叶综合竞争力、发展现代茶叶等方面具有深远的影响.文章介绍了江苏省茶叶标准化的组织建设、标准制修订工作和标准化试点示范建设等情况,重点梳理江苏省现行有效涉茶地方标准的制修订的内容,提出修订建议,并从构建与集成江苏现代茶叶标准体系、重视区域公用品牌标准化体系建设、加强标准的宣贯与开展标准化活动和加强标准化人才队伍建设等方面进行了展望,旨在为推动江苏省茶叶高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
Tea standardization plays a significant role in improving tea quality,the comprehensive competitiveness and developing modern tea industry.This paper expounds the current situation of standardization construction in Jiangsu Province,standard revision and pilot demonstration construction of tea agricultural standardization etc.It focus on the content of the current effective local standards relating to tea that require for revision.It proposes suggestions for revision and development prospects,including forming and integrating a modern tea standard system in Jiangsu Province,emphasizing the construction of regional public brand standardization system,strengthening the promotion and implementation of standards,carrying out standardization activities,and strengthen the construction of standardized talent teams,so as to provide references for promoting the rapid and healthy development of standardization of tea industry in Jiangsu Province.
