Preliminary Study on the Standardized Processing for the Black Tea Made from the Golden Tea Variety
The golden tea is an excellent local tea variety in Xiangxi Prefecture of Hunan Province.With the expansion of tea garden area in Xiangxi Prefecture and the rise of black tea consumption,it is urgent to improve the quality of the black tea made from the golden tea.The article explored and established a standardized processing technology for black tea based on the variety characteristics of the golden tea,which was suitable for making needle shaped black tea,curled black tea,and strip shaped black tea.This technology is easy to operate,highly feasible,and suitable for promotion in regions where golden tea is grown nationwide.
