Research Progress on the Application of Intelligent Technology in Black Tea Processing
The intelligent of black tea production is the key point and direction of its development.This paper explores the application of intelligent technologies in the processing of black tea,including computer vision,spectroscopy,and biomimetic sensor technology.Special attention is paid to the progress of intelligent technologies in the kneading and fermentation processes of black tea processing,focusing on rapid detection of key components in black tea processing,evaluation of the degree of kneading and fermentation during tea production.Additionally,the paper analyzes the challenges and gaps faced by intelligent technologies in black tea production and proposes future research directions.This review aims to provide new insights into the application of intelligent technologies in the tea industry.
