摘要
颗粒形绿茶是浙江省绿茶的重要品类,团队在调研浙江省优质颗粒形绿茶生产状况、加工工艺和设备、品质现状及标准建设的基础上,研制了浙江省茶叶学会颗粒形绿茶团体标准,对浙江省优质颗粒形绿茶产业的后续发展进行了思考和建议,可为浙江省颗粒形绿茶产业健康有序发展提供参考.
Abstract
Granular green tea is an important category of green tea in Zhejiang Province.Based on an investigation of the production status,processing techniques and equipment,quality,and standards construction of granular green tea in Zhejiang Province,this paper has formulated a group standard for the Zhejiang Tea Science Society on granular green tea.It also presents the reflections and recommendations for the future development of the granular green tea industry in Zhejiang Province,providing valuable references for its healthy,orderly,and high-quality development.
