摘要

四川省宜宾市是四川工夫红茶的原产地,素有"川红工夫故里"之称,在发展红茶产业上占据独特优势.文章对宜宾红茶产业发展现状进行总结,分析出产业发展面临茶树资源保护开发不够、主体带动能力不足、品牌影响有限等主要问题,提出夯实种业根基、培育壮大主体、锚定品牌战略、全力拓展市场、强化要素支撑这五方面的对策、建议,以期为宜宾市红茶产业转型升级提供参考.

Abstract

Yibin,located in Sichuan Province,is the original birthplace and main production area of Sichuan congou black tea,also known as"Chuanhong Gongfu"or"Chuanhong".It enjoys a unique advantage in the development of the black tea industry.This article summarizes the current development status of the black tea industry of Yibin.This analysis identifies major issues facing the industry's development,including inadequate protection and development of tea tree resources,insufficient driving force from key stakeholders,and limited brand influence.To address these issues,recommendations are made in five key areas:consolidating the foundation of seed industry,cultivating and strengthening key players,anchoring brand strategies,vigorously expanding markets,and reinforcing essential resource support.These suggestions aim to serve as references for the transformation and upgrading of the black tea industry in Yibin.
