摘要

新式茶饮是茶产业融合创新发展的新引擎,是解决茶行业产供销需求的重要途径.文章主要阐述了新式茶饮的概念,介绍了现制茶饮及茶原料的发展历程,分析了新式茶饮茶原料核心品类、当前原料供应遇到的问题及未来发展趋势.为新式茶饮茶原料产业未来的创新发展提供建议.

Abstract

Novel tea beverages represent a new driving force for the integration and innovative development of the tea industry,serving as a key solution to the challenges in tea production,supply and marketing.This paper elaborates on the concept of novel tea beverages,introduces the development history of freshly-made tea drinks and their raw tea ingredients,analyzes the core categories of raw tea used in novel tea drinks,the current issues faced in raw material supply,and the future development trends.It also provides suggestions for the future innovative development of the raw industry for novel tea beverages.
