摘要
目的 本研究旨在通过分析2015-2023年期间锡山区8~10岁儿童的尿碘监测结果,探讨儿童碘营养状况的变化趋势.方法 根据《江苏省碘缺乏病监测方案》的要求进行抽样,共收集2015-2023年8~10岁儿童尿碘监测结果1 796份,利用Excel2016建立数据库并制作图表,采用Joinpoint分析评估了尿碘浓度水平的变化趋势.结果 2015-2023年,锡山区8~10岁儿童碘缺乏、碘适宜、超过适宜量、碘过量的构成比分别为20.66%,39.70%,27.45%,12.19%,年度变化百分比(APC)分别为-3.931 8%,-2.984 9%,5.729 5%,5.042 8%,其中超过适宜量的构成比上升趋势有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 总体上儿童的碘营养状况良好,但仍需重视碘缺乏、超过适宜量和碘过量的问题,并采取相应的干预措施,以确保儿童的健康生长发育和智力发展.
Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the trends in iodine nutrition status among children aged 8-10 years in Xishan District from 2015 to 2023 by analyzing the results of urine iodine monitoring.Methods According to the requirements of the"Jiangsu Province Monitoring Scheme for Iodine Deficiency Disorders",urine iodine monitoring results from a total of 1 796 children aged 8-10 years from 2015 to 2023 were collected.A database was established using Excel 2016,and graphs were created.Joinpoint analysis was used to assess the trends in urine iodine concentration levels.Results From 2015 to 2023,the proportions of iodine deficiency,iodine adequacy,excessive iodine intake and iodine excess among children aged 8-10 years in Xishan District were 20.66%,39.70%,27.45%and 12.19%,respectively.The annual percentage changes(APC)were-3.931 8%,-2.984 9%,5.729 5%,and 5.042 8%,respectively.The proportion of excessive iodine intake showed a statistically significant increasing trend(P<0.05).Conclusion Overall,children have good iodine nutrition,but it is still necessary to pay attention to the issues of iodine deficiency,excessive intake and iodine excess,and take corresponding intervention measures to ensure the healthy growth,development and intellectual development of children.
