Objective To investigate the knowledge and influencing factors of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD)in pregnant women in Changping District of Beijing.Methods From September to December 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted on pregnant women from 8 medical institutions in Changping District of Beijing,with no less than 40 cases in each hospital.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of IDD knowledge awareness rate.Results The awareness rate of IDD among pregnant women in Changping District of Beijing was 80.84%,the demand for iodine nutrition was higher than usual,and the awareness rate of eating iodized salt was more than 80%.There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness degree of pregnant women to different knowledge(x2=26.642,P=0.016).The proportion of adherence to iodized salt was 57.26%.Awareness is closely related to iodine supplement behavior.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the main factor affecting the knowledge rate of IDD in pregnant women(OR=6.795,95%CI:3.047-15.150).Conclusion Pregnant women in Changping District have different degrees of knowledge.The fertility of pregnant women is the main factor affecting the awareness rate.Pregnant women have weak will to eat iodized salt and iodine-rich food.To carry out targeted health education continuously and to provide scientific guidance on iodine intake knowledge will be the focus of future work.
