摘要
目的 评价参加全国碘缺乏病实验室外质控网络运行实验室的盐碘检测能力.方法 用参考值±不确定度的方法对检测结果进行评价.结果 省级实验室反馈率是100％,合格率是100％;地市级实验室反馈率是99.7％,合格率是98.9％;县级实验室反馈率是100％,合格率是96.7％.结论 本次质控发现,全国只有1.1％的地市实验室和2.3％的县级实验室不合格.通过全国实验室网络的运行和持续的技术培训,各级实验室的检测能力维持在较高的水平.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the testing ability for salt iodine of labs which take part in the External Independent Quality Assurance Programs for IDD labs across China.Methods To evaluate the testing results with reference value±uncertainty.Results The feedback rate was 100％and qualified rate was 100％at the provincial level.The feedback rate was 99.7％and qualified rate was 98.9％at prefecture level.At the county level,the feedback rate and qualified rate were 100％and 96.7％,respectively.Conclusion The unqualified rates were only 1.1％and 2.3％respectively at prefecture and county level.Through the operation of the national laboratory network and continuous technical training,the testing ability of laboratories at all levels has been maintained at a high level.
