Educational Scenario-Driven Data Governance for Higher Education Institutions
One of the important tasks of digital transformation in vocational education is to improve the governance capabilities of universities through data governance.Currently,data governance is showing a trend of being more scenario and intelligent,but the general governance centered on static management and standards is difficult to adapt to changes and innovations in application scenarios.This article first explores the concept and characteristics of higher vocational education scenarios from the perspective of data governance.Then,from the perspective of educational scenarios,it analyzes the three basic problems in current data governance in higher vocational colleges:insufficient"big"data,insufficient"good"data,and incomplete"use"of data.It proposes data governance methods and processes driven by educational scenarios.The raw data in educational scenarios is capitalized,standardized,and elementalized.The three key steps of data element transformation have evolved into scenario data assets with computational,organizational,and educational attributes,which enter the education and teaching process as key production factors,forming a virtuous cycle of data asset ecology and fully leveraging the educational value of data assets.
