教育数字化赋能乡村教育现代化:应为、难为与可为

在教育数字化转型背景下,加快推进乡村教育数字化转型,不仅是落实国家教育数字化战略的内在要求,也是实现乡村教育现代化的必然选择.扩大优质教育资源覆盖面、优化教研与培训服务供给、推动乡土文化的交流与传播是教育数字化赋能乡村教育现代化的应为之路.但同时也存在平台建设缺乏本土化内容、教师数字化能力亟待提升、数字化教育资源供需错位的难为之境.基于此,依托数字技术共建共享在地化教育资源,发展学校办学特色;构建"任务驱动"培训体系,提高乡村教师数字化素养;推动多元主体互动,强化外来教育信息资源供准.
Digitalization of Education Empowers Rural Education Modernization:Should Be,Difficult,and Possible
Under the background of education digital transformation,accelerating the digital transformation of rural education is not only an inherent requirement for implementing the national education digital strategy,but also an inevitable choice for achieving modernization of rural education.Expanding the coverage of high-quality educational resources,optimizing the supply of teaching research and training services,and promoting the exchange and dissemination of local culture are the necessary paths for empowering the modernization of rural education through digital education.However,there are many difficulties in the modernization of rural education,such as the lack of localized content in platform construction,the urgent need to improve teachers'digital capabilities,and the mismatch between the supply and demand of digital education resources.Based on this,relying on digital technology to jointly build and share localized educational resources,and develop the characteristics of school operation;Constructing a"task driven"training system to improve the digital literacy of rural teachers;Promote diverse subject interactions and strengthen the supply of external educational information resources.
