A Study on the Influencing Factors of Teachers'Digital Teaching Tole Adaptation and the Mechanism Involved
Under the background of digital transformation of education,artificial intelligence,big data and other technologies are being integrated into classroom teaching at an accelerated pace,becoming the fulcrum of ecological reform of education.In the face of the new teaching context,teachers'role adaptation and self-improvement have become important breakthroughs in the digital transformation of education.In this study,1018 teachers from eastern and western regions were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,and structural equation model analysis was used to test the research hypothesis,so as to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of teachers'digital teaching role adaptation.The results show that:(1)Social support has a positive predictive effect on teachers'digital teaching role adaptation;(2)Perceived usefulness has a significant mediating effect between social support and teachers'role adaptation to digital teaching;(3)"perceived pleasure → perceived usefulness"has a significant chain mediating effect between social support and teachers'role adaptation to digital teaching.Based on this,the research analyzes the internal causes of the formation of this mechanism,and puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects:perfecting the social support system,enhancing the value perception,and bridging the digital divide,so as to improve the role cognition,role practice and role identification of teachers in digital teaching.
