Annual Report on the Frontiers and Hotspots of China's Educational Technology Research in 2023
The year 2023 marks the start of the full implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the field of educational technology,there is a strong commitment to contemplating and answering the question:'What role should technology play in building an education power of China?'The research direction in this field is clearly aligned with the strategic needs of the Party and the country.It focuses on modernizing education with a uniquely Chinese approach,drawing development momentum from the digital transformation of education.Key research areas include the implementation of new curriculum standards and the reform of educational evaluation.Through the construction and use of the national smart education public service platform,effective research pathways have been explored,emphasizing the responsibility of promoting educational equity and revitalizing rural education.In 2024,research in educational technology in China will continue to seize new opportunities presented by technological and industrial revolutions.It will adhere to the people-oriented approach,deepen the implementation of the national education digitization strategy,address challenges in education reform,promote lifelong learning solutions tailored for China,and contribute to building a powerful nation through education.
