On the Threefold Logic of the Modernization of Chinese-style Rural Education:History,Policy and Value
As an important part of Chinese-style education modernization,the modernization of rural education is not only a fixed star in the process of Chinese-style modernization,but also a ballast stone in the process of building a strong country in education,and a booster for the realization of the second centenary goal.The development of Chinese-style rural education modernization has gone through four stages:self-help in the historical torrent,ups and downs in the historical predicament,advancement in the historical trend,and turning point in the historical trend.Its policy is embodied in three aspects:creation in the fit of rural development and modern process,implementation in the integration of institutional environment and operation mechanism,and continuation in the collision between the development of the times and the practical dilemma.In terms of value,it mainly involves four dimensions:the locality of rural education,awakening the endogenous power of rural education modernization,the ecology of rural education,consolidating the cultural heritage of rural education modernization,the locality of rural education,enhancing the educational nature of rural education modernization,and the modernity of rural education to promote the realization of China’s education modernization.
