The digitalize empowered evaluation reform for teacher’s digital literacy comprehensively reflects the demands of the times,policy requirements,practical aspirations,development needs,and value pursuits.Its reform focuses on highlighting digitalize empowerment,with the underlying logic being to build a"digital driver’s cabin"for provincial teacher digital literacy supported by digital technology,empowering teacher evaluation and educational governance;Utilize the evaluation function of standard guidance,precise diagnosis,and positive motivation to guide the healthy development of teachers’information literacy;Present the evaluation results through digital visualization to promote the precise implementation and targeted improvement of teacher training;Leveraging the power of evaluation to motivate teachers to actively innovate and transform teaching,serving the cultivation of moral character and innovative talents.The"Digital Portrait"results indicate that,the tested area have made certain achievements and progress in teacher’s digital literacy,while facing some problems and challenges that need to be jointly improved from both the individual and management facts.The practice in Henan Province has shown that the correct orientation is the prerequisite,theoretical research is the foundation,technical system is the support,policy support is the guarantee,organizational implementation is the focal point,data analysis is the key,and educational measurement and evaluation in the new era should follow the organic unity of educational objectives and methods.
