A Framework and Implementation Approach for Digitally Enabled Regional Teaching and Research
The essence of digitally-enabled regional teaching and research is to comprehensively improve the efficiency and quality of teaching and research by using technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,and to reform the objectives,contents,methods and evaluation of teaching and research through the integrated application of digital technologies,so as to realize the synergistic development of the education ecosystem and the technology ecosystem.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of digital empowerment of regional teaching and research,this paper argues that the development of digitalisation is driven by policy support,technology and demand and has implementation value.Meanwhile,it discusses the application value of digitalisation in RTE,and proposes to construct an application framework for digitally-enabled RTE:firstly,goal orientation:empirical orientation from experience to evidence;secondly,content system:knowledge construction oriented to educating people;thirdly,methodology of teaching and research:integration and innovation of digital technology;and fourthly,evaluation of effectiveness:implementation and application of accurate assessment.Based on this,we further propose the implementation path of digitally empowered regional teaching and research:innovation of teaching and research concepts;construction of teaching and research teams;optimisation of teaching and research paths;and construction of teaching and research mechanisms,so as to provide a reference development path for the digital development of regional teaching and research.
