《教育硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案(2023年修订版)》增加了关于数字化教育教学能力的培养要求.全日制现代教育技术专业硕士作为专业属性最接近数字化转型的教育硕士特殊群体,其培养目标应有更高要求.基于学理与实际情况分析,全日制现代教育专业硕士知识结构应从TPACK转向技术实践智慧.技术实践智慧是突显"善"的数字时代教育"真善美"融合,其中"真"指新时代数字化学习理论,"善"包含"适""动""深"三大要义,"美"包括数字时代德性伦理与技术之美.培养全日制现代教育技术专业硕士技术实践智慧应构建基于巴斯德式混合共同体的"主体—情境—行为"路径,即构建"面向区域内外的高校师生群+联合培养实践基地群"的巴斯德式混合共同体,紧扣"混合学习环境+文化情境",在"问题意识—理论实践并进思维—'基于设计的研究'方法论"探索中,推进数字时代"人"的真善美融合.
From TPACK to Technical Practice Wisdom:The Aim of the Full-time Education Masters of Modern Educational Technology in Digital Transformation
The Guiding Training Program for Graduate Students of the Professional degree of Master of Education(Revised Edition 2023)has added requirements for the training of teaching ability in digital education.As a special group whose professional attribute is closest to digital transformation,full-time master of modern educational technology should have higher training goals,and their knowledge structure should be changed from TPACK to technical practical wisdom.Technical practical wisdom is the integration of"truth,goodness and beauty"which highlights"goodness"."Truth"refers to the digital learning theory in the new era."Goodness"includes the three major meanings of"appropriate","dynamic"and"deep"."Beauty"means the virtue ethics and the beauty of technology.The path of"subject-context-behavior"based on Pasteurian mixed community should be constructed to cultivate the technical practical wisdom of full-time education masters of modern educational technology,which includes the Pasteurian mixed community of"teachers and students in colleges and universities inside and outside the region+joint training practice base group",closely linked to"mixed learning environment+cultural context"and exploration of"problem consciousness-theoretical practice-'design-based research'methodology",to promote the integration of truth,goodness and beauty of"people"in the digital age.
