The Triple Illusion and Solution of Artificial Intelligence Technology Empowering Teacher Development
Against the backdrop of a new round of technological revolution constantly reshaping the existing education ecosystem,empowering teachers with artificial intelligence technology is of great significance.However,in the coupling of teachers'control over technology and the constraints of technology on teachers,artificial intelligence technology has not perfectly promoted high-quality development of teachers as expected.Excessive obsession with artificial intelligence technology can easily lead to the illusion of technical obstacles,namely the illusion of replacing teachers,empowering teachers,and achieving win-win results with teachers.In view of this,the study takes the philosophy of human technology relationship as a thinking framework to sort out the essence behind its illusions,including the enslavement of technical training,blind obedience of technical worship,violation of technical rationality,and constraints on technical application.In order to break the illusion that artificial intelligence technology empowers teacher development,future reforms and promotion can be carried out through breaking the"root"of illusion,breaking the"quality"of illusion,removing the"form"of illusion,and reducing the"root"of illusion.This includes improving organizational management mechanisms,awakening teacher self-awareness,integrating human-machine education logic,and demand based technical research and training,Ultimately,empowering teachers with artificial intelligence technology to switch to a high-quality development track.
