Application of National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools:Current State Survey and Enhancement Strategies—Based on Survey Data from 4272 Teachers Nationwide
As a crucial lever and emblematic initiative in advancing the strategy for digitalizing education,the construction and application of the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools directly impact the progress and effectiveness of the digital transformation in basic education.Based on the integrated model of technology acceptance and usage theory,as well as the theory of innovative ecosystems,this study investigates the current status and practical experience of the application of the National Smart Education Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools,using a sample of 4272 teachers nationwide.The research introduces the"3C"concept and"3I"direction of educational digital development,drawing on successful experiences from relevant provincial platform applications.It proposes strategies for deepening platform application in terms of coordinated collaboration among stakeholders,publicity and promotion,service upgrading,and data evaluation.Through coordinated interdepartmental efforts and expanded application coverage,these strategies aim to facilitate precise educational research and training,expand personalized teaching resources across subjects,and establish a data-driven evaluation mechanism.This is intended to promote the improvement of teaching quality in basic education and the comprehensive implementation of digital transformation strategies.
