The modernization of higher education governance empowered by digital intelligence is not only a practical necessity for solving various problems encountered in the process of higher education governance but also a crucial aspect of higher education digitization.This study analyzes and defines the connotations and values of the modernization of higher education governance empowered by digital intelligence.It explores the mechanisms for advancing the modernization of higher education governance empowered by digital intelligence from aspects such as teaching subsystems,quality assurance subsystems,research subsystems,management,and service subsystems.The research proposes a practical path for the modernization of higher education governance empowered by digital intelligence from five perspectives:promoting"good governance"through an integrated and ecological digital education governance platform for universities,driving the transformation of teaching methods through the construction of multifunctional and interconnected online learning spaces,further improving teaching evaluation accuracy through the integration of big data and artificial intelligence,gradually strengthening research data sharing among researchers with policies as the guide and platforms as the core,and enhancing service and management levels through the integrated AIGC("research-use-manage-evaluate")system,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for the modernization of higher education governance.
