New quality productivity is the innovation and development of Marxist productivity theory in the digital age.Digitalization of Higher Education enabling new qualitative productivity,which is an important proposition of the times in the context of Chinese-style modernization and the construction of a strong country in education.In the aspect of theoretical interpretation,through the analysis of philosophical,historical,economic,we can make clear the theoretical necessity of Digitalization of Higher Education enabling new qualitative productivity.In the aspect of function mechanism,Digitalization of Higher Education enabling new quality productivity is multi-dimensional,which can be divided into direct empowerment and indirect empowerment in the dimension of empowerment,and element combination and system combination in the object of empowerment,and internal cycle and open cycle in the modes of empowerment.In terms of practical approaches,by deepening the concept to respond to the significance of the new quality productivity,enriching the scene to promote the formation and development of the new quality productivity,promoting the process to promote the innovation of the new quality productivity,optimizing the governance to improve the guarantee system of the new quality productivity,Digitalization of Higher Education not only empowers the new quality productivity,but also realizes the liberation of human growth and the development of society.
