The Value and Development of the International Version of China National Smart Education Platform in the Context of Digital Transformation on Global Education
As a concrete response to UNESCO and UNICEF's"Global Gateway to Public Learning Platforms",the international version of China National Smart Education Platform(referred to as"the Platform International Version")embodies the concepts of"digital sharing"and"digital public goods",serving as a pivotal component in establishing China's international brand in digital education.This article systematically examines the value,demands,advantages,current status,and challenges of the Platform International Version through value analysis,strategic analysis,and comprehensive benchmarking analysis,aiming to propose adaptive strategies for platform optimization.Firstly,the launch and ongoing iteration of the Platform International Version signifies a new phase of"Integrated,Intelligent,and International"in national education digitalization strategic action.It not only establishes a new,anytime-anywhere window for global learners to understand China but also facilitates the creation of a novel paradigm for the international dissemination and application of digital educational resources.Secondly,from a strategic perspective considering the global demand for"Global Gateway to Public Learning Platforms",the Platform International Version excels in cultural dissemination and government services.However,it confronts weaknesses in resource management,platform operations,and learner support.While it faces challenges in market competition and cultural adaptation,it also encounters numerous growth opportunities.Thirdly,comprehensive benchmarking analysis against typical international digital learning platforms reveals room for improvement in the Platform International Version's availability,inclusivity,and usability.Finally,to better serve global learners,the ongoing optimization and iteration of the Platform International Version should focus on resource construction,service integration,channel promotion,and sustainable development.By systematically advancing these aspects,the platform can progressively undergo adaptive upgrades,thereby contributing Chinese wisdom to the construction of a global digital learning ecosystem.
