Research on Factors Influencing Teachers'Continuous Use Intention of The National Smart Platform for Primary and Secondary Schools
The sustainable development of the National Smart Education Platform for primary and secondary schools relies on the continuous use by teachers.Exploring the factors influencing teachers'intention to continuously use the platform helps optimize and improve it,further promoting its in-depth application. This study integrates the IS Continuance Theory,IS Success Model,Self-Efficacy Theory, and Social Influence Theory to construct a model of factors influencing teachers'continuous use intention.Using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)and Artificial Neural Networks(ANN),the study analyzes data from 35,934 questionnaires completed by primary and secondary school teachers nationwide, identifying key factors and their structural relationships. The findings reveal that teachers'intention to continuously use the platform varies by region, age, and teaching stage.Satisfaction is the critical factor affecting their intention, with social influence being slightly more significant than digital literacy.High-quality resources, ease of use,and appropriate teaching functions are essential for maintaining teachers'continuous use intention.Perceived usefulness and expectation confirmation play a central role in forming satisfaction, with resource quality being key to expectation confirmation. Finally, five recommendations are proposed to enhance teachers'continuous use intention:focus on teachers'practical needs to improve perceived usefulness;enhance social guidance and incentives to promote widespread use;improve the sustainability of resources to increase supply and application efficiency;optimize platform functions to enhance both basic and advanced features;and leverage data potential to support platform optimization and teaching integration.
