Research on the Mechanism and Path of Digital Reform Driving the Common Prosperity of Urban and Rural Education
Education is the core content and key area of common prosperity,and digital education reform is an important driving force for promoting high-quality development of education.In the context of the rapid promotion of the construction of the demonstration zone for common prosperity,this paper first examines the value orientation of digital technology in promoting the development of urban and rural education from the perspectives of economics,constitutional law,and sociology,and analyzes the relationship between digital reform and the development of urban and rural education based on the theory of integration of perspectives.The paper proposes the connotation of the common prosperity of urban and rural education The characteristics and mechanism of digital reform believe that the concept of common prosperity in urban and rural education is reflected in the development goals of urban and rural education.It is an inherent element of common prosperity in urban and rural society,with characteristics such as universality,comprehensiveness,co construction,gradual progress,sharing,and differences.Achieving common prosperity in urban and rural education is an important goal of educational digital reform,Reshaping the ecological system of urban-rural education co prosperity is an inherent mechanism for digital reform to promote urban-rural education co prosperity.On this basis,taking the education reform and development in Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province as a case study,this paper analyzes the background conditions,main measures,and practical effects of digital reform driving the construction of an ecological environment for urban and rural education to achieve common prosperity.Finally,based on the results of the case analysis,the digital reform and development logic aimed at optimizing the ecological construction of urban-rural education co prosperity is proposed from three levels:macro,meso,and micro.
