关怀理论视角下的教师在线教学行为:基本逻辑、现实偏差与优化策略

教师在线教学行为是指教师依托网络虚拟环境,借助在线教学平台,考察到学生特别需要时做出的旨在增进学生知识与技能、促进学生和谐健康发展的行为.在关怀理论视角下,教师在线教学行为具有交互性、具体情境性、情理交融性以及主体间性等伦理特征.它对优化学生的心理环境、提高在线教学的质量、增强在线教学的伦理品质、构建关怀型师生关系均具有重要的价值意蕴.当下在线教学场域中,虚拟空间中身体不在场、单向度教学逻辑深化以及重技术外力而轻价值内蕴,导致教师教学关怀淡化、异化和抽象化等偏差.为此,要通过提升教师关怀素养、营造关怀人文氛围、建立良好关怀关系、构建关怀支持体系等有效策略,矫正教师在线教学行为偏差,优化教师在线教学行为.
Teachers'Online Teaching Behavior from the Perspective of Caring Theory:Basic Logic,Realistic Deviation and Optimization Strategy
The online teaching behavior of teachers refers to the behavior of teachers rely on online virtual environments and online teaching platforms to examine students'special needs,aiming to enhance their knowledge and skills,and promote their harmonious and healthy development.From the perspective of caring theory,teachers'online teaching behavior has the characteristics of interaction,concrete situation,the combination of emotion and rationality,and Inter-subjectivity.It has important value implications for optimizing students'psychological environment,improving the quality of online teaching,enhancing the ethical quality of online teaching,and building a caring teacher-student relationship.In the current online teaching field,the absence of the body in virtual space,the deepening of one-way teaching logic,and the emphasis on external technology rather than intrinsic value lead to the dilution,alienation and abstraction of teachers'teaching care.Therefore,it is necessary to correct the deviation of teachers'online teaching behavior and optimize their online teaching behavior by improving teachers'caring literacy,creating a caring humanistic atmosphere,establishing a good caring relationship,and constructing a caring support system.
