教育数字化转型中的注意力治理:机制、风险及其应对

教育数字化实践深刻影响政策、组织以及主体层面的注意力分配,不仅其本身体现着政策层面的高度关注,也影响着教育科层组织的运作逻辑以及教育主体的行动秩序.具体而言,教育数字化建设中的注意力分配主要通过嵌入机制、分层机制以及同步机制实现,教育数字化建设改变了注意力嵌入的时空环境、分层的先后次序以及同步的运行逻辑.这使得教育领域中的注意力分配更加高效的同时,也导致了注意力脱嵌、注意力失序以及注意力错位等潜在风险.对此,需要从韧性嵌入、规范引导、数字赋能等层面入手,开展教育数字化转型中的注意力治理,助力教育数字化建设的高质量推进.
Attention Governance in the Digital Transformation of Education:Mechanisms,Risks and Governance
The practice of education digitization profoundly affects the allocation of attention at the levels of policy,organization and subject,which not only reflects a high degree of attention at the policy level,but also influences the logic of operation of the organization of education and the order of action of educational subjects.Specifically,the allocation of attention in the digital construction of education is mainly realized through the embedding mechanism,stratification mechanism and synchronization mechanism,and the digital construction of education has changed the temporal and spatial environment of the embedding of attention,the sequential order of stratification,and the logic of synchronization.While this makes the allocation of attention in the field of education more efficient,it also leads to potential risks such as de-embedding of attention,disorder of attention,and misalignment of attention.In this regard,it is necessary to start from the level of resilience embedding,normative guidance and digital empowerment,etc.,to carry out the governance of attention in the construction of education digitalization,and help promote the high quality of the construction of education digitalization.
