英语师范生数字化教学能力框架结构、基本样态与培养策略

近年来,随着数字技术与教育的深度融合,数字技术对教育教学变革产生了重要影响.师范生作为准教师应该具备必要的数字化教学能力.研究基于英语师范生数字化教学能力的专业需求与特点,在分析英语师范生数字化教学能力要素的基础上,构建了其框架模型,包含数字化教学技术素养、数字化专业发展能力、数字化学生发展能力三个维度.通过调查和访谈,分析了英语师范生数字化教学能力的基本样态,分析存在的问题并针对性提出提高英语师范生数字化教学能力的可行策略,以助于英语师范生数字化教学能力的提高.
The Frame Structure,Actual State and Cultivation Paths of Digital Teaching Ability for English Normal Students
With the deep integration of digital technology and education,digital technology has a significant impact on the transformation of education and teaching.The digital teaching ability of English Normal Students has become the key to improving the quality of education.Based on the professional needs and characteristics of digital teaching ability for English Normal Students,this study analyzed the elements of digital teaching ability and constructed a framework model that includes three dimensions:technical literacy,professional development ability,and student development ability.Through investigation and interviews,analyze the actual state,the existing problems of digital teaching ability of English Normal Students,and propose feasible strategies to improve their digital teaching ability to help improve their digital teaching ability.
