The Frame Structure,Actual State and Cultivation Paths of Digital Teaching Ability for English Normal Students
With the deep integration of digital technology and education,digital technology has a significant impact on the transformation of education and teaching.The digital teaching ability of English Normal Students has become the key to improving the quality of education.Based on the professional needs and characteristics of digital teaching ability for English Normal Students,this study analyzed the elements of digital teaching ability and constructed a framework model that includes three dimensions:technical literacy,professional development ability,and student development ability.Through investigation and interviews,analyze the actual state,the existing problems of digital teaching ability of English Normal Students,and propose feasible strategies to improve their digital teaching ability to help improve their digital teaching ability.
