考虑管道多种失效模式及结构参数相关性的电-气互联系统可靠性评估

目前在电-气互联系统供能可靠性评估方面,通常考虑天然气管道的破裂失效,较少考虑管道泄漏失效对系统可靠性的影响。实际上管道的失效模式包括小孔泄漏、穿孔及破裂,管道在泄漏时仍能输送部分天然气。另外,在天然气管道结构可靠性计算中通常假设管道参数相互独立,而忽略了参数间的相关性。该文针对上述问题,提出考虑管道多种失效模式及结构参数相关性的电-气互联系统可靠性评估模型。首先,根据管道失效机理,采用Mises准则建立管道的极限状态函数,在考虑极限状态函数参数相关性的基础上分析管道的失效率,并根据天然气管道的状态转移特性,建立管道的多状态运行模型;其次,针对管道小孔泄漏、穿孔建立管道的天然气泄漏模型,以刻画管道在这两种降额运行状态下的输送能力;最后,采用IEEE RTS79-NGS20系统作为算例,验证模型有效性。
Reliability Evaluation of Integrated Electricity-gas System Considering Multiple Failure Modes and Structural Parameters Correlation of Pipeline
In the evaluation of the reliability of integrated electricity-gas system,the rupture failure of pipelines,rather than the influence of the leakage failure,are usually considered.In fact,the failure modes of the pipeline include small hole leakage,perforation and rupture;and the pipeline can still transport some natural gas in case of leakage.In addition,the pipeline parameters are usually assumed to be independent of each other in the structural reliability calculations of natural gas pipelines,and the correlation between parameters is ignored.In this paper,a reliability evaluation model of integrated electric-gas system considering the multiple failure modes and parameter correlation of pipeline is proposed.First,according to the failure mechanism of pipeline,the limit state function of pipeline is established by Mises criterion,the failure rate of the pipeline is analyzed considering the correlation of the parameters of the limit state equation of the pipeline,and the multi-state operation model of the pipeline is established according to the state transition characteristics of the natural gas pipeline.Secondly,aiming at the small hole leakage and perforation of the pipeline,a natural gas leakage model of the pipeline is established to describe the transportation capacity of the pipeline under these two derating operating conditions.Finally,a case study composed of IEEE RTS79-NGS20 system is utilized to verify the validity of the model.
