电解水制氢标准体系研究与需求分析

碳达峰、碳中和目标愿景下,发展氢能产业是能源绿色低碳转型发展的重要途径.电解水制氢是近、中期清洁氢的重要来源,同时,也是解决可再生能源消纳的重要方式.我国电解水制氢产业即将进入快速发展期,为规范产业发展,现阶段亟需建立电解水制氢标准体系.基于我国氢能产业标准体系,结合电解水制氢技术水平和发展趋势,从材料与零部件、设备、系统、综合评价 4 个方面构建电解水制氢标准体系,标准体系涵盖15个技术领域,39个标准系列以及若干具体标准,详细分析各技术领域标准需求,为开展电解水制氢标准规划和制修订工作提供指导.
Research and Requirement Analysis on Standards System of Water Electrolysis for Hydrogen Production
Under the carbon peak and carbon neutrality targets,the development of hydrogen industry is an import way to achieve green and low-carbon transformation of energy.Water electrolysis is the key source of green hydrogen in the near and medium term,which could contribute to renewable energy consumption.China's water electrolysis for hydrogen production is about to enter a rapid development period.In order to standardize the industry,it urgently needs to establish the standard system at present stage.Based on the hydrogen industry standard system in our country,this paper analyzes the technology level and development of water electrolysis for hydrogen production,and builds a standard system including with four aspects such as materials and spare parts,equipment,systems,and comprehensive evaluation,15 technical fields,39 standard series,and a number of specific criteria.In this paper,the requirements of various technical fields are analyzed in detail to provide guidance for the standard planning and version of water electrolysis for hydrogen production.
