Research on Bridgeless Three-level PFC Circuit Based on Current Path Reconstruction
In this paper,a family of bridgeless three-level power factor correction(PFC)circuits based on current path reconstruction is proposed.Based on the bridgeless PFC,this family of topologies reconstructs the current path to reduce the power devices while retaining the high reliability of the bridgeless structure and the low stress of the three-level circuit devices. In any working mode of this circuits,at most one is needed to fully control device works, which effectively reduces the device loss and control complexity of this circuits.According to the analysis of the working principle of the proposed circuit, the relationship between the stress, voltage, and current ripple of each device and the modulation index is derived, which is conducive to the design of relevant parameters of the components and can be extended to the design process of three-level topology. In addition, the modulation techniques and control strategies are designed for this circuits. Finally,an experimental prototype is built, and the experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the topology derivation scheme and the effectiveness of the family of circuit topologies.
