随着输送电压等级的提升和模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)子模块数量的增加,基于详细模型的 MMC 的仿真方法已难以应对子模块数量增长带来的计算效率上挑战.对此,文中提出一种基于谐波状态空间法的MMC解析建模仿真方法,在能够独立地提供各阶次谐波的暂态波形的同时,实现了大步长仿真.首先,建立考虑交直流侧耦合的MMC在时域下的状态方程,之后通过谐波状态空间法将其转换至谐波域,并推导出其开环控制下的阶跃响应解析式;然后,基于该解析式提出仿真全过程的迭代公式及其数值算法;最后,通过仿真算例验证所提方法的有效性.
MMC Analytical Simulation Method Based on Harmonic State Space Model
It has been difficult for traditional detailed modeling modular multilevel converter(MMC)methods to adapt to the computational efficiency challenges brought by the increasing number of MMC submodules.In this paper,a new harmonic space-state(HSS)based analytical method for MMC simulation is proposed,which can provide transient waveform of each harmonic and achieve large time-steps simulation.First,the state-space equations of MMC considering AC and DC-side coupling effect in time-domain is built,then converted to harmonic-domain by HSS method,and its analytical expression of step response under the open-loop control is derived.Based on this analytical expression,the iteration expression of whole simulation process and its numerical algorithm is proposed.Finally,the simulation results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
