Research on the Synergistic Mechanism of Power Trading Product Segments Market
With the development of electricity market and renewable energy generation technology, after the establishment of electricity energy market trading in typical foreign power markets,a variety of power product segments such as power auxiliary services and capacity have emerged one after another. The initial stage of the construction of China's electricity market coincides with the transformation of the power system, and the problems of long-term adequacy and short-term insufficient flexibility of the system are prominent at the same time.To effectively leverage the multiple roles of the market mechanism in ensuring the safety, stability, reliable power supply and optimal allocation of resources in the power system,it is necessary to study the synergy mechanism of the power segment product market. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of product structure system and key trading mechanism in electricity market.Based on the physical laws of power system operation and the theory of market economy, this paper reveals the market segmentation cooperation mechanism of power products with the core connotation of"function complementation, time series coordination, price and cost coordination, and mutual exclusion of benefits".Taking the evolution of the electricity market in California as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the market segmentation coordination mechanism of electricity trading products. Finally, based on the revealed cooperation mechanism, combined with the actual and future development needs of Ningxia electric power system, the product structure system and key trading mechanism of Ningxia electric power market are designed.Through the analysis and the example of design, this paper verifies the universal effect of the synergistic mechanism of the power market, providing theoretical tools for the collaborative design of the power market.
