基于?分析的热电联产机组调峰能耗评价方法

为定量评价燃煤发电热电联产机组供热期调峰的经济性,根据热电联产生产流程将蒸汽划分为凝汽流与供热流,分析机组参与调峰运行时凝汽流与供热流流量的变化,揭示热电联产调峰的本质.根据发电侧、供热侧的调峰深度,定量给出发电、供热调峰导致的附加能耗,作为机组调峰经济性定量评价指标,并明确其适用条件.基于蒸汽循环流程开展㶲平衡和能量平衡分析,提出热电分摊新思路,给出调峰附加能耗计算方法.以实际350MW供热机组为案例,验证指标的合理性.结果表明,机组在供热流"以热定电"流量基础上,改变凝汽流流量以调节电出力;深度调峰运行模式下,调峰前后供热负荷不变是调峰附加能耗成立的条件.调峰附加能耗定量表征热电联产调峰能效水平,结合热电可行域直观表示不同调峰方式的适用范围,可为调峰方式选择和运行策略制定提供理论依据.
Investigation on Energy Consumption Evaluation Criteria of Combined Heat and Power Generation in Peak Shaving Mode Based on Exergy Analysis
To quantitively evaluate the peak shaving economics of coal-fired cogeneration units in the heating season,this paper divides the steam into a condensate and heating flow according to production progress.The essence of peak shaving is revealed by analyzing condensate mass flow and heating mass flow in the peak shaving process.Additional fuel consumption caused by peak shaving,which is used as a quantitative assessment index of peak shaving economics,is quantitively proposed according to the peak shaving depth.The applicable condition is also clarified.The calculation method of the additional fuel consumption by peak shaving,which is used as the basis for calculating the cost of unit electricity and heating,is proposed by analyzing the exergy balance and energy balance of the cycle process of steam.The rationality of the index is verified by a 350 MW cogeneration unit.The result shows that the power output of the heating flow is decided by the heating load.The unit's power output is adjusted by changing the mass flow of condensate flow on the basis of the mass flow of the heating flow.In deep peak shaving mode,the additional fuel consumption by peak shaving is significant when the heating load remains unchanged.The index quantitively characterizes the energy consumption level of the peak shaving process.Combined with the thermoelectric feasible region,the range of applications of different peak shaving modes can be shown intuitively.The index provides a theoretical basis for selecting peak shaving methods and making operation strategies.
