Coordinated Allocation of SOP in Multi-voltage Distribution Network
Distribution networks are gradually developing into the main platform for the accessibility of photovoltaics(PVs)and electric vehicles(EVs).The issues of voltage violation and line overload in distribution networks are progressively worsening.Flexible distribution devices offer fine regulation capability and become an effective means to improve operational flexibility. The existing studies of flexible reinforcement are mainly focusing on medium-or low-voltage distribution networks individually, whereas the potential for flexible interconnection of multi-voltage distribution network(MVDN)has been overlooked. Therefore, this paper conducts research on the coordinated allocation method of soft open points(SOPs)in MVDN.First, the allocation strategy of SOP in MVDN is proposed. Then,to tackle the impact of source-load uncertainty,a coordinated allocation model of SOP in MVDN is established considering the probabilistic fluctuations of typical scenarios. Finally,to achieve convergence of the optimization model,difference-of-convex programming algorithm is developed for solution. The SOP allocation model and solution algorithm are validated based on a practical distribution network. The results show that the proposed method can effectively formulate SOP allocation strategies in MVDN.The configuration of multi-voltage flexible interconnections based on SOPs enables the distribution network to host large-scale PVs and EVs,and improves the operation security and economic benefits.
