Dynamic Carbon Emission Responsibility Factor of Electricity
Under the background of the construction demands of a new power system,it is crucial to fully explore the energy storage and flexible power consumption resources inherent in massive electricity end-users to address the real-time regulation requirements of the power system. The achievement of this regulation goal urgently requires the establishment of reasonable guiding indicators and incentive mechanisms. Therefore, this paper proposes a method that utilizes the dynamic carbon emission responsibility factor of electricity to incentivize self-regulation by electricity end-users.The basic concept of this method is presented, followed by a detailed discussion of the calculation method for the carbon emission responsibility factor. The effectiveness and sustainability of this method in determining the dynamic carbon emission responsibility factor are then demonstrated using actual grid operational data. The introduced dynamic carbon emission responsibility factor provides a new approach for the real-time interaction between a new power system and the flexible and adjustable resources on the user side.Future work will further refine its policies, theories, and practical implementation aspects.
