基于阻抗视角的新能源发电系统宽频振荡抑制技术综述

随着新能源电力电子装置在电力系统中渗透率的不断提高,电力系统"源-网-荷"均呈现电力电子化的发展趋势,系统动态交互特性复杂,宽频稳定问题突出。近年来,阻抗分析方法在研究新型电力系统稳定性问题中受到了广泛的关注,由此演化出来的各类阻抗控制方法已成为解决宽频振荡问题的重要手段。为了深入研究该问题,首先简要回顾国内外典型振荡案例;其次,基于阻抗视角从设备、场站以及系统 3 个层面对现有振荡抑制方法及工程解决方案进行分类汇总,在此基础上,依据阻抗优化目标及实现方式对宽频振荡抑制方法进行归纳总结,揭示各类抑制方法的内在联系及作用规律;最后,总结现有电力电子化电力系统宽频振荡抑制存在的问题和挑战,对未来基于阻抗视角的宽频抑制方法研究方向进行展望。
Overview of Broadband Oscillation Mitigation of New Energy Generation Power System Based on Impedance Perspective
With the increasing adoption of renewable power electronic devices in power systems,the"source-grid-load"structure is evolving towards a power electronics-based paradigm.This transformation has led to complex dynamic interactions and prominent broadband stability issues.In recent years,impedance analysis methods have gained significant attention in addressing these new stability challenges.Various impedance control methods have emerged as crucial tools for solving wide-frequency oscillation problems.To further investigate this issue,the present study reviews typical oscillation cases both domestically and internationally.Then,based on an impedance perspective,the existing oscillation suppression methods and engineering solutions are classified and summarized into three levels:equipment,field station,and system.Finally,the challenges and problems associated with existing oscillation suppression techniques in power electronic power systems are summarized and the future research directions for developing impedance-based suppression methods are prospected.
