Advances on Application of Recombinase Aided Amplification in Detection of Pathogenic Microorganisms
Recombinase aided amplification(RAA)is an isothermal rapid amplification technology for nucleic acids, which is a representative and cutting-edge assay in recombinase isothermal amplification technology, making up the limit that thermal cycle was required by current nucleic acid amplification in vitro, and making the amplification more convenient and efficient, has been widely used to detect animal diseases. In the paper, the principles, design of primers and probes, advantages and disadvantages of RAA were introduced, then its application in the detection of viruses, bacteria, parasites and antibiotic resistance genes was reviewed, its current domestic technical standards as well as development of detection products were summarized, with a view to providing a reference for promotion of RAA.
